Pklik Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

01General Terms & Conditions

Pklik (hereinafter referred to as "we", "pklik", or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. By using pklik, you (the "User" or "Member") agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the regulations of our licensing authority. pklik reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via your registered email or on the website.

• These terms and conditions are provided in Bengali — in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Pklik does not offer services in countries where betting is prohibited.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on pklik. Failure to comply may result in pklik closing the account at any time.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Incorrect information may prevent account verification and could result in withdrawals being withheld.
• Geographical Restrictions: pklik is not available in regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a specified limit. The following documents are required:

• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, up to the deposited amount.

05Bonus & Promotional Terms

General Bonus Policy

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, with a wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount.
• Free Spins: Wagering requirements for winnings from free spins are determined separately.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses are generally offered without any wagering requirements, though terms may vary by promotion.
• Reload Bonus: Reload bonuses for regular members are subject to the individual terms of each promotion.

Bonus Usage Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Pklik reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

06Gaming Rules

All games on pklik are conducted with complete fairness and transparency. Every game outcome is determined by a Certified RNG, ensuring results are entirely random and impartial.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is listed on its information page.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a malfunction during a live game, the game provider's decision shall be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Pklik is not responsible for bets placed due to a misunderstanding or mistake regarding game rules.

07Prohibited Activities

Pklik is committed to maintaining a fair and healthy gaming environment. Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-account: Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Artificially manipulating accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Software usage: Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Fraud: Any form of financial fraud or chargebacks.
• Money Laundering: Using pklik to launder illicit funds.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any game or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Third-party funds: Placing bets or managing an account using someone else's funds.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Pklik reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account closure include:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• KYC Verification Failure
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. A maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month may apply to inactive accounts.

09Responsible Gaming Policy

Pklik believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. pklik encourages all members to play responsibly and takes an active role in preventing problem gambling.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Decide in advance how long you will play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily close your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

10Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with pklik, please contact our support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 48 hours.

• Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days for a full investigation.
• If you are not satisfied with pklik's decision, you may appeal to our licensing authority.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.

11Changes & Updates to Terms

Pklik reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email.
• A notice will be posted on the website.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Continued use of pklik after receiving notice of changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
